About New Vendor
You can make a payment to a new vendor provided they agree to accept payment via Explore Lamu and provided they provide you with the correct MPESA payment details and contact information.
To process payment to a new vendor you need permission to create an account for them. Take a profile picture of your vendor and complete the required information. When we receive your order we will then create their actual account, a registered vendor payment page and process their withdrawal to their MPESA account for them.
Please double check that your vendors details are correct before completing your payment.
Once you complete your payment we will place a hold on your credit card to the amount you have entered. Once we have confirmed the vendors details we will process the payment and pay your vendor.
